Birth Your Way Package
$1450 total, or 4 easy payments of $362.50
Birth transforms us. It's a threshold we cross, and it's unfolding is exhilarating, raw, and never fully predictable. Having personalized, grounded, and consistent support is a through-line that helps make all the twists and turns feel more manageable. Whatever path your birth takes—whether home birth, hospital birth, medically complex, water birth, induction, unplanned cesarean, or something in between — my commitment remains the same: to protect your autonomy, anchor you amid intensity, remind you of your strength when doubt creeps in, and support you in making informed and intuitive choices that empower you throughout the process.
Includes:
~ Complimentary in-person or virtual consultation, no strings attached!
~ 3 prenatal visits (2 hours each) to help prepare both you and your partner(s) (if applicable) for birth and postpartum practically and emotionally. This is also valuable time for us to relationship build before the big day!
~ A rundown of birth basics so you know what to expect, for more in depth education I recommend childbirth classes
~ Support in building your birth & postpartum plan/preferences
~ Access to my lending library of books and resources
~ 24/7 text/email support for all your questions and emotional processing, a doula in your pocket!
~ On call labour & birth support from the moment you hire me
~ Continuous labour support for you and your partner(s)
~ Comfort measures during your labour and use of my doula tools, including TENS, birth combs, peanut ball, and more!
~ Amateur birth photography, edited and sent digitally
~ Immediate postpartum support for up to 4 hours after birth to get you settled
~ Feeding and latch support for breast/chest feeding and bottle feeding
~ 2 postpartum visits in your home after your birth (4 hours each)

Optional Add Ons At No Extra Cost:
~ 1 prenatal visit (4 hours in length) to fill your freezer with postpartum meal prep
~ 2 Prenatal Reiki treatments (20-60 mins) to help address common pregnancy discomforts and reduce stress

Sacred Portal Cesarean Birth Package
$900 total, or 4 easy payments of $225
Planned cesareans are just as transformative, raw, vulnerable, and powerful as any other birth. No birth portal is opened without incredible surrender. For some families, this path brings peace of mind. For others, it's a complex experience and the path feels uncertain. The symphony of the operating room, the anticipation, and the sensations you'll experience in a cesarean birth can be overwhelming whether it's your first time or not. This support aims to help you feel prepared, empowered, and present in all the moments leading up to, during, and after the portal is opened.
Includes:
~ Complimentary in-person or virtual consultation, no strings attached!
~ 2 prenatal visits (2 hours each) to help prepare both you and your partner(s) (if applicable) for your cesarean birth and postpartum with cesarean recovery considerations.
~ A rundown of cesarean birth basics so you know what to expect
~ Support in building your cesarean birth & postpartum plan/preferences
~ Access to my lending library of books and resources
~ 24/7 text/email support for all your questions and emotional processing, a doula in your pocket!
~ In-person support on your birth day including: practical and emotional support during check in and the waiting period,
birth support in the OR (hospital & doctor permitting), and advocacy of your birth preferences with your birth team
~Immediate postpartum support for up to 4 hours after birth to get you settled
~ Amateur birth and/or immediate postpartum photography, edited and sent digitally
~ A nourishing postpartum meal of your choice
~ Feeding and latch support for breast/chest feeding and bottle feeding

Doula Turndown Service
$450 total, or 4 easy payments of $112.50
An intentional homecoming for the tender days after birth.
For families welcoming their baby home from a hospital or birth centre, this turndown service is a loving preparation of your home for the sacred transition into postpartum life. While you are away giving birth, I’ll thoughtfully tend to your home so that you can return to an environment that feels peaceful, welcoming, and cared for. The unfolding of birth can be both exhilarating and exhausting. Come home to a gentle landing place for your family—one that invites you to settle in, rest, nourish yourself, and be fully present with your new baby.
Includes:
~ Complimentary in-person or virtual consultation, no strings attached!
~ 1 prenatal visit (2 hours in length) to connect face to face, get familiar with your home,
and discuss the details of what you'd like your turndown service to include!
~ On-call service from the moment of hire!
~ 24/7 text/email support for any questions or requests for your turndown service leading up to your birth, a doula in your pocket!
~ Turndown Service (8hrs total) after you leave for the hospital or birth centre
Turndown Services May Include:
~ Washing dishes and kitchen clean up
~ Household laundry
~ Fresh washed bedding and a cozy made bed
~ One nourishing postpartum meal and one baked good of your choice
~ Postpartum supplies and/or nursery set up
~ Floors swept/vacuumed/mopped
~ General home tidying
~ Taking out garbages and recycling
~ Watering plants
