Overnight Visits - $40/hour
The intensity and tenderness of the postpartum period is severely underestimated in our society. My aim is to help you reframe your expectations of yourself and give yourself grace during this delicate time of immense healing, recalibration to the newborn rhythm, and transformation in who you are as a parent, a partner, and a person. As part of your village of support, my role is to nurture you and your family, so that you can nurture your baby/babies and fully invest yourself in the newborn bubble. They say it takes a village and I would be honoured to be part of yours.

~ Assistance with newborn care so that you can take care of yourself too!
~ Postpartum healing support
~ Feeding support for breast/chest feeding, pumping, and formula feeding
~ Childcare & support for siblings in the home
~ Support for twins or multiples
~ Pet care support
~ Nutritious meal planning/prepping/cooking/baking
~ Light household tasks including tidying, organizing, cleaning, dishes, laundry, etc.
~ Overnight support with feeding, diaper changes, sleep concerns, etc.

This is the ultimate postpartum package! They say the first 40 days postpartum shapes the next 40 years. In many cultures all over the world, emphasis is placed on the first 40 days being a sacred time for the birthing person and baby to rest, bond, and be taken care of by their community. Studies show that parents who feel supported in postpartum tend to have quicker postpartum recovery, lower rates of perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, and more enjoyment during the transition into parenthood.
